 I had one of the keys replaced some time ago by the dealer and I wonder if they removed both fobs and just added 1 back | ||

 Hope you don't have to pay Dealer to reprogram. | ||

 Refit battery and then press the lock or unlock button 5 or 6 times and it should 'resync' Worth a try before visiting a dealer or a good independent that has the kit for the later alarm set up.  Took battery out and followed Ian's advice above. With battery out, 10 sec press on a button, new battery in then pressed lock 6 times. Got a horn fanfare (...) as the door was open, then did a little dance.  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top  2015 D90 XS SW | ||
