Hi and welcome.
Not sure if you're aware of it but you can download the "Map Wizard" utility from the Nanocom site @ https://nanocom-diagnostics.com/downloads The files are arranged by order of vehicle and ECU type, the newest ones that I can see are dated Nov 2002 and for the NNN500020 ECU, I'm not so sure there was any further development after that or when the EU3 compliance came in. Also, so far as I know, the .TUN files contain the VIN and can only be applied to the vehicle it was written for whereas the .MAP files are freely useable. |

Hi clive thanks for the speedy reply ..
Ive used that map wizzard for years and its great unfortunately the stock map files it generates are all eu2 specific and sadly it throws up an awful lot of fault codes and the car runs like a sack of poop Just hoping some one either had a stock map from when they have upgrated thr .map file or if anyone has a nanocom and a td5 running a stock eu3 fuel map that they could read and ppst for me .. Thanks lew |

Why not just take it down and ask for it to be tested and see if it passes? May be fine.

If it's black smoke it could be a split intercooler or hoses (especially if you have an allisport intercooler I've found) so you may not have to get rid of the map. Ray

There are many reports of allisport intercoolers splitting all over the net including my own and claytons on here recently. Ray

I had an issue a while ago where i lost about 20% boost put this down to an aging turbo as its done 156k couldnt find any leak on sytem tested this by removing boost hose from turbo blocking it and stalling the engine. So as a result just cranked the waste gate to get the boost back up boost sitting comfortable just below the over boost level so about 1.36 or 240 on kp no other issue but still black smoke on pull away and on wide open i appreciate it will pas the emissions test

Hmmm while it maye have happened to you and the other fella mines been in for 2 years i think now without issue. My 110 is driven hard on and off road thru muck and sand alike and still going strong! Not to mention the 4 people I know using them in Ultra4 and other rally raid events without issue. Plus lifetime guarentee, splits you get a nee one foc. Cant complain! Swings n round abouts I guess. |

I am also looking for the map, may i suggest you write in the new injectors. You may have to open the rocker cover, and copy the code on the top of the injectors, write them to the ecu, and check to see if that works |

In the wizard did you try and use svlor005-svpnt006
It should be the correct Eu3 as its for a 2002 td5 110 for the rest of the world... |
