Headlight polarity reversal for LED

Just tried to upgrade to a nice new pair of LEDs but no light output

Checked polarity of wires in headlight plug and they are reversed so a negative current flowing for main or dipped beam

I previously upgraded the headlight loom to an IPF loom that allows high output bulbs to be used (fitted by a garage)
This loom has three relays that the wires run through - and looks very complicated

Any one have a diagram of the IPF loom or any ideas how to modify it to reverse the polarity in the plugs ?

The RedWhite wire from the headlight plug that should be the ground wire - goes to a 30amp fuse then onto the chassis - it does not go to the relays

I am very confused
