Does anyone have any experience of these?

Looking for replacements for my Continental Cross Contact tyres for 95% road use plus off road and hopefully some snow! Thanks.

not used the Adventure but last year i fitted Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac in 265/75 I have to say they have been brilliant, quiet on road, more than adequate for my off road needs, performed well in the recent snow. looks quit purposeful also. An under rated tyre i think. maybe worth looking into those also. good luck

Interesting

Continental Cross Contact! (or Michelin Latitude Cross in skinny 7.5)
Why are you replacing Continental for something else Mwd if you are mostly on road? Question Sold the much modified 110 2.8, in Oz
Brought the 90 home from Switzerland ...

ppad, the only reason for looking at tyres other than the Continental Cross Contact is because they seem to be hard to get hold of (online at least) in the 235/85 size. I have no complaints with them whatsoever - never given me any ‘moments’ on the road, worked very well at Land Rover Experience at Peckforton when I took my own Defender there, and after 60,000 the front tyres are still legal and the rears are on about 4.5mm. Just want to make sure that there isn’t anything significantly better before I spend the cash on a new set!

I have been extremely happy with my Cross Continentals. Quite on road and got me through some places that some Toyotas with mud tyres struggled. Only problem is we can't seem to get them here in Australia anymore.

So watching this with interest as I will need some new tyres ahead of next winter.
