They have changed the system. You do not need an account. All you have to do is enter your VIN number.

2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Corris Grey

thanks - that's what I did - but last week it let me select add service details and then I could see a drop down of all the possible services. Now it won't let me - the option seems to have vanished? any help appreciated - I did use that URL and my VIN both times.

Looks like they have changed the system again. You now cannot add your own information - it appears to be read only as anybody with a VIN can access the system.
The drop down I got says:
Due to GDPR requirements, we are no longer able to accept service amendments directly on the platform. These can be loaded by your local Land Rover Retailer or Independent Motor Trader directly as detailed above.

That’s what I got. Thanks for confirming. Glad it’s not just me. Wonder if there is a way to do it via topix or how you add additional info now......
