Check to see what or if there is voltage at the plugs,
Then remove to visually check they are working. 80" 80" 86" 88" 90" Wanted, Forward Control Anything considered. |

So I've just fitted 4 new plugs and the fault code still won't clear, I've now ordered a new glow plug relay, main relay, and starter relay,

Check for any broken or chafed wires too.

P037D29 Glow plug relay sensor circuit.
the glow plug relay is control by ECM witch use engine temp and air ambient temp for out side air temp 1. ECM has feed back from Glow plug relay check fuse 38 10 amp ! 2 . Check sensor circuit for engine temp and air ambient temp ![]() Click image to enlarge |

So I had no Fuse 39 fitted and my fuse 38 was a 5 amp not 10, have corrected it now,
See what happens! |

That's interesting fuse 39 is power supply to the MAF/IAF Sensor

Fuse 39 is still connected to the glow plug system looking at the diagram?

fuse 39 reserve power when main relay is closed, main relay also supply + to the glow plug relay coil and ECM provides - to control relay coil

Update: problem is the 60amp fuse blowing soon as ignition switches on. Where shall I start looking for shorts? All new plugs, link cable is in good condition, all new relays, can't see any exposed cable anywhere, arghhh help please 🙈😭

Check for any chafed wires too.
AS custom90steve ^ check dash wiring loom and also check down to the driver seat box too |
