Doh - hope the one I bought on fleabay earlier this week is the right one as the seller said it was

They are really good racks - that is a bargain, generally towball mounted ones provide much safer bike transport

I hope it works Steve as I think they are one of the best towball mounted racks for the Defender with the rear door mounted spare. If you go on their website you'll see what I mean regarding the offset. The version they recommend for the Defender has quite a crank in the tube as you'd imagine. Much greater offset than some of the other generic 4x4 offerings. I would imagine that if you've got the right version then you won't need the spacer. Either way, I'm sure you'll engineer something if you need to. ![]() |
