Hi LCJ, My 90 has just recently developed this squeak, identical to yours, it really does sound like its around the steering column, gotten a little louder in the last week. Mine developed the mouse type squeak after the Dealer changed the EGR. As it wasn't there before
I thought it must be to do with the bonnet being taken off to do the EGR. There are two rubber buffers under the front of the bonnet. A dab of petroleum jelly on the buffers has cured the squeak. No squeak for two weeks now. Mick. |
