Mine is cracked where the bottom of the window frame meets the horizontal section below the glass.

Same on mine few years ago, door replaced under guarantee and a spare wheel carrie was installed to do not have again the same problem. Eduardo

@excossack - perhaps worth a try with LR Cust Serv!
How much is a new rear door i wonder. Cheaper than a bit of welding and a spare wheel carrier? |

I doubt they would even entertain the idea!
