Shes sold on eBay for £13750 which was offered just before it ended! Apparently it'll be going to Belgium! So I had my final drive in her, 140 miles from Wales to Heathrow Airport area to load her onto the transporter for export to her new excited owner in Belgium who plans to convert it to a V8!
Incredibly sad day as I really didn't want to sell it but a unexpected house purchase forced my hand 
I will find another project once I get keys to my new house which has room for the garage of my dreams which is 5 car with a loft for a office/bar/man cave

There isn’t much that would convince me to sell mine, but the prospect of a 5 car garage would probably tip the balance. Needs must and all that. Good luck with the house.

That was a nice truck
I did something similar years ago selling my 90. That went to the Alps. The guy still sends me photos and I do regret selling it but as you say needs must and I eventually got a 110 out of it (that'll never be as nice as the 90 )

I really miss my 110
but the new house has been bought and refurbishment is well underway so I am now actively looking for its replacement! I have been without my own car since it went and been using my old Freelander2 which I sold to my parents before I bought my old 110 on this thread! its now done 240,000 miles lol. I may have found another 2008 110 DC XS in the same colour with 80k miles! I am viewing it over Xmas holidays so watch this space! I have heard from its current Belgian owner, he has had a nasty crash in it losing control of it towing a loaded tri axle trailer 3 months ago and after replacing the front axle with a TD5 version, and back on the road, he's realising how expensive the body panels are to replace and also the tax men are after 5000euros as its a converted USW but its a DCPU on the V5 and wants to sell it now to avoid that.
I am waiting for daylight pictures but I am thinking of rescuing my old girl and bringing it back home for a rebuild!!

I wouldn't have thought it would be anything to pay seeing its a formerly UK car
he wants £8400 for it which is very tempting for a XS 110 USW I may fly over and drive it back to the UK, replace the cage and hammer out the worst of the dents and keep as a off roader/overlander. 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)

I have some daylight pics of how she sits currently
She's had a new front axle fitted and is running and driving fine now. She definitely needs a new roll cage section and a USW side panel. Gonna try pull out the dent in the rear tub as im not looking to fix it back to immaculate as I will be using it as a greenlaner. im leaving the front wings as is.
