My current plan is as follows
I already have some Mach5's and KM2's plus a straight through exhaust system for it so get those on and also find a up rated intercooler to whack on. Then its off to see Gary at Alive tuning to claim my half price remap prize I won in a FB caption comp last year 
Want to get it going good this time as my last 110 was completely standard mechanically, never got to tune it! May get the uprated Ashcroft Output shaft and truck fix clutch so its all sorted in that area as its done 130k and MOT history tells me its done heavy towing so I will have it done just in case. Then its OME suspension with gwyn lewis challenge suspension along with decent discs and pads from EBC maybe. External cage and LED lighting inc headights and NAS Lighting to follow along with prepping chassis for the Buzzweld oil rig coatings it looks fantastic stuff and appears to blow dinitrol etc out of the water
I will not be doing much else to the interior or body as I plan to off road it so it'll be left in its farmer state so it won't be a tarmac queen which was my reason for selling my immaculate 2011 USW on 45k miles for 26000 as it was far too clean and far too much money in it
this one being 16k cheaper is going to be a lot easier on my mind for my lifestyle

Full width intercooler bought, a good ebay bargain
Just silicone pipes to go for the boost and coolant pipes then its off for a visit to Gary at Alive for one of his strong Stage 2 remaps. thats the engine bay modifying done aside from fitting and properly sealing the mantec plastic jobby. Not much to update on the 110 as I haven't even driven it since the test drive on the day I bought it. Its at the garage having a service and check over while im out of country for a while. Well its had a full service by my local spannerman with a fresh mot ready for my return to the UK tomorrow
but he informs me that the UJ's are all good so it looks like its coming from the output shaft so box needs to come off. Local mech has quoted £1100 inc shaft n standard clutch. Alltrack 4x4 at Hereford has quoted £580+vat inc LR modded shaft and standard clutch Waiting on two other places to give me a price before I pick one to do the work, all are established LR specialists. Had a quick 15 mins
so quickly masked off the body work and I couldn't be bothered to remove the tow bar so roughly painted it as its coming off anyway for either a NAS step or a 2" receiver for better clearance off road. I used Buzzweld's CIO coating and it was a tiny sample tin which you can see in perched on top of the tow ball, there was still a vodka shots worth left in the tin and it covered the crossmember and the towbar quite easily
I used a crap paint brush that was far too wide and couldnt quite get all the nooks but ill prob buy some more to do the rest of the chassis in plus a smaller brush for the nooks! I was pretty impressed with the finish for such a lack of prep aside from masking tape!

Fitted the cheap chinky ebay lights I got for £140
Quality seems good and looks as good as my old Noldens were. Lumens are a higher figure than my noldens so Ill wait til dark and see how they perform
only took 10-15mins to remove old and fit the new

Tested them out at night and compared to my old noldens they are really bright with a nice spread and a really good range so im very pleased with them. So they are better in my opinion than the noldens which are one of the brightest of the LED headlights that are sold in the UK 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)
