Sad to hear That Monty Don's dog Nigel has died. I watched Nigel and his love of tennis balls on gardeners world for a good many years, and sorry Don but for me, Nigel was always the star his chilled-out way amongst such a great garden made watching him a joy.

There was a nice little tribute to Nigel at the end of Gardeners World tonight, it is always sad when a beloved pet passes.

Thanks Darren! Sharp-eyed as ever! I think it’s just where the bolt is sitting on the arm and there is a bit of wriggle room in the hole but I’ll check.
