Key fob packed up today, new CR2032 batteries from Boots, quick search on here on how to sync and battery in both fobs replaced and working!

Bit of an update with more to come when I actually get things fitted. Busy Easter break with several road trips, firstly up to Keswick camping for a week, then a weekend down in Henley. Racked up some miles and not wanting to tempt fate, but bar a slow puncture the Defender behaved faultlessly!

Another road trip to Stoke and came away with a very nice trailer with lots of potential. Two here and a third away having some work done, a real Defender enthusiast and very knowledgeable. Tried to encourage him to join us on Def2! Managed to come away without spending a penny! Finally got my new alloys fitted, not 18" but I couldn't be more pleased with them!! Sorry for all the photos but I love them!!

Totally agree with you about not being sure but once what ever you have bought and put on, it all comes together and then you can say to yourself " yes i made the right choice, nice one "

Same diameter as original just a little wider, 265x75R16. 16" Bowlers are et10 so spacer came off, my excuse for 'needing' new alloys! Turning circle not quite so good now but still better than standard.
