I fitted the same ones - good quality lights bought a Bosch hole saw and cut it out no problem.
Filed and painted the covers cover the touch up, local auto electrical wires them up.
Have to drill two holes under neath for the brackets and get longer bolts and use washers to lift them up.

Them painted the bumper gloss black to match the rest
