I see you've gone around the edges of the tank, what with?
Nice wheels, the best ever ![]() The springs will sag, mine have dropped 60mm at the rear, over a period of 6 weeks, I loaded the rear tub up with 2 spare wheels, I put a minus 1" spring on mine, I measured the top of the tub before strip down on std springs, it was 80mm higher on new -1" springs ![]() ![]() I might be putting standard springs back on, as I may opt for the NAS Spec cage and hood, instead of a truck cab, though no definite plans yet (until I find £2.5k!). Looking good so far ![]() |

thanks! yeah pretty chuffed its finally on its feet.
new tank from paddocks, painted with epoxy mastic 2 pack paint and finally stuck some dinitrol ML3125 around the middle ![]() i did quite a bit of work on spring rates so im hoping its all going to come right ![]() |

Already have a rag top 200tdi. The body Is coming off that in one go and being transplanted on this. So kinda like a half rebuild. The top half started life as a hard top and I put a load of effort in last year to convert into a rag top. Give it another couple of years and I'll probably rebuild the body with a galv bulkhead to finish it off.
