It's a Webley MK VI .445 calibre. Sadly she had to hand it in when the Snowdrop campaign kicked off after Dunblane. She used to load her own. You will see from the photo that she is right handed and left eyed, which is unusual. You can see that the chambers are empty. It was taken in our back garden (I say all of this as an officer might be getting his note book out right now).

S'not that unusual. The 3 of us recently did an archery course. All right handed but left eye dominant. I tried it both ways (archery, not what you're thinking Surprised ), and was equally rubbish either side.
