Well I think you all know I've been pleasantly surprised by everything about her so far (other than the rubbish speakers!). So as a clue I will say I'm once again pleasantly surprised

2.4 Puma 'loosened up' at 38K
Should be between 25-30 MPG So I'll go for 27.5 Any more than 30, keep it to yourself... https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic83242.html |

Haha!
I have a wrapper from a Chocolate Eclair I got from TH White yesterday. Will that do as your prize? Last edited by CatherineF on 13th Dec 2014 4:18pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Hello CatherineF
...Interesting (I know not for some who don't like any discussion on MPG) But I have had my 2.4 90 for 14 Months now and have taken it from 6K to 13K, a nifty app on my phone led me to keep a running record... which I know I will soon give up on as it's very predictable. Best 31.9 Worst 26.7 Average 28.8 What I have noticed (not surprisingly) is that a higher maintained average speed drive at around 60 MPH in 6th, and it will return around 30.0 MPG Considering what we're driving it isn't so bad. Caterham.... ???? You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.
