Keep the patina, stick to the original wheels and tyre sizes, once you start messing and tarting up it it will loose its originality. JMHO Wink Steve.

Agree about the patina bit, don't think it matters about wheels and tyres, they can be changed back in an instant

That is a pretty special LR with only 10K miles, & super original.
If it was mine, I would DEFINITELY be putting some attention into the paint to get it how it looked when new. However, I'd not want any NEW paint, so I'd get the paint looked at by someone who knew how to "resurrect" the original paint finish. I'd also detail the engine bay, which looks like it could use a bit of "TLC".
Original wheels would be the go on this vehicle, IMHO of course.
Pickles.

Well you'll be in for a tidy profit if you get what you're asking. Hopefully it will go to someone who will appreciate and keep it. Steve.

Not really, by the time you cost in time / fuel to retrieve it, paint correction, wheels, tyres, exhaust system, hood, seat retrim, etc etc there is a little profit but nothing amazing

I'd like to have kept it and appreciated it but the call of the V8 is too strong Mr. Green

If it's as straight and tidy as it looks bite their arm off. With a little spend you could make a very tidy profit. Thumbs Up
