back diff as spare for front D-90 non ABS
Recently I changed the back diff to an ashcroft locker and the standard diff just has 60 000 KM, so it's in good condition. My question is if it is possible to use the back diff as spare for the front in case I brake it ? or will i need extra parts in case off brake ?

grtz

On a D90 the back and front are the same.

Keep it as a spare!

You may even have been lucky... was the back diff a 4 pinion HD one? this will give you a HD front axle then!
