I have the OME (for bigger wheels and off road) and the LR OE damper is perfectly good IMO Puma 110" SW

Standard wheels standard damper should be fine (not Sh*tpart) big wheels bigger damper OME, Bilstien etc.

all my defenders I have always run 2 , one in front and one behind axle ( standard ones )

don't have any pics
but standard set up in front of axle and one on the link rod ( between wheels ) behind axle mounted off the diff nose I found having one fitted behind is much more inline with link and more positive in stopping wheel wobble mainly bump steer because the front one is at a angle and not inline with front link you lose a bit of dampening effect |
