Is this 'sensor' supposed to be there?
Can someone tell me if this is supposed to just hang there? My 90 is a V8 50th Anniversary, and this 'sensor' is hanging just below the fuel filler pipe - which is at the rear on these 90s. Thanks.

That's the one way valve for the tank breather Thumbs Up
It's should be clipped up out of the way and pointing down

Looks like the end has snapped off too, as it should be curled around, like the end of the axle breather pipes.

Many thanks to both of you - I will get the people who serviced it a few weeks ago to have a look. Cheers. Now left.

I`ve just had a look at my friends anniversary and it has the exact same pipe hanging down the same way. Its also the same at the end as it is cut off at 45 degrees so perhaps its meant to be like that? Couldn`t see where it was meant to be clipped to but will secure it with a cable tie until I can get a look at another one for reference. Smile
