Diablo Member Since: 26 Oct 2011 Location: Basingstoke Posts: 335	The CCF is mostly there to act as a seperation layer between the vibration damper (dynamat) and the mass loaded vinyl - without it some vibrations can pass to the MLV. There will be some reduction in high pitched sounds with the CCF, but nothing drastic.
