Australia 2012 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Fuji White
Melted jammed ignition switch.
My puma has just melted and destroyed its second ignition and starter in a week. Is this a common problem? Is there something else in the electrcals causing this to happen?

Problem fixed. The second key set door key would turn the ignition but wouldnt allow the key to spring back to the second position.

Was the starter running all the time .. Also might worth checking starter relay in case that is damaged too
