But the scum who prey on offroaders like Land Rovers and Range Rovers can look on the forum, see where you are based, how much kit you have bolted to your car, learn about your house and surrounding area from your pictures, look on Google maps and the streetview to case the joint, all from the comfort of their scum-hole of a house.
Then, they come out, watch your movements and nick your car or, use the number plates to cover up a ringed or stolen one they have. This forum basically tells them all they could ever want or need, throw in your numberplate and you've got Christmas. Why make it easy for them? 2016 D4 HSE 1998 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF 1982 Series 3 SWB Petrol |

I fitted a gas strut to the rear door of my 110
![]() But, the new pop riveter I bought to fit it was a right barsteward to use.........the arms were short so I struggled to get enough leverage and had to get my 12yo son to support the door - good family effort in the end and the strut works well. |

I finally got round to welding some tags on my home made seat riser rails to shift the drivers seat 1 1/2" to the cubby box. Well took it out on the school run and it seems to work
![]() ![]() I also swopped the centre silencer for a replacement pipe and so far I'm happy, seems to have given a little more bottom end grunt(turbo spooling faster probably) but it does sound nice as you walk round the back, just a pity my fuel pump is so noisy ![]() It's been nice doing things to my motor that I want to do as opposed to having to do things just to keep it on the road ![]() |

hey mark.... did you have any issue with your rear mud flaps after fitting your bumperettes...? mine no longer fit after putting what look like the same bumperettes on....
![]() Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming... 'Wow...! What a ride! MY11 90 |
