I must have looked at your truck all weekend.

I was up on the hill running the have a go archery. Dire weekend weather and trade wise, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

As the 110 let me down I borrowed an Astra Estate, which was OK until it was time to get off the field. Managed it without getting stuct, although it took a lot of jet washing to get it clean again! 2002 Defender 110 DC

Yes we saw you there trying to teach the squadies Very Happy drove past you too and from scrutineering and the events.

It certainly turned into a fair old quagmire at the bottom of the field by Tuesday morning.

Apparently the three teams of squadies that tried the RTV started out without knowing how to put their trucks in low box, let alone diflock Shocked

They started off badly, but after watching the others in their group closely and asking lots of questions ended up becoming quite competative.

Yesterday did 800 km driving back from Antwerp, Belgium to Geneva, good part highway, but also several hours crossing the Jura mountain range, which include endless hairpin turns. 9 hours in total, but the SVX seats once again proved their comfort and support Thumbs Up You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Cool pictures Glyn - make the most of your time there, here in the UK, pretty standard June time liquid sunshire, at times horizontal ... and officially still drought status Rolling with laughter
