2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SVX Station Wagon Santorini Black
had a great trip across Salisbury plains with Markb110, Bob, & Simon(s)

weather was kind but dramatic

had a great time meeting the fellow d2 guys.

Simon was well up for christening his 2011 defender ... the rest were a little more reserved Shocked

the boys enjoyed themselves too .. (no "how much further is it?" dad today!)

Women are like books, no point having just one when there is a library in every town?

Towed 1 ton of water up our estate road to fill our pheasant water tanks and the 90 coped perfectly with only the occasional TC light flicker. 2008 RS4 gone, 123d M Sport, and a Puma 90 XS..

Today we got back from a 756 mile drive Very Happy ok we left yesterday at 11am but got in at 1am this morning. Not bad for an 11 year old TD5 Defender.

She was perfect all holiday Very Happy

Swapped out the 7pin towing electrics for 13pin.

OEM kit just the job and everything fitted perfectly. Ready for the new caravan now! One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS
+ New Defender 110 First Edition

Laughing Very!

Had a quick Google, seems a real can of worms adding aircon to a TD5. Pretty much decided not to fit aircon, only something else to go wrong. You loose legroom and your knees freeze! Oh and its lots of money which could be better spent.

It was Nicola really complaining about the heat but mainly from the seat box, so I can do something about that cheaper Laughing

I haven't used the 110 for a couple of weeks so took her on the last trip to the boat today. 5 others Defenders were there launching. The Police diving unit is launching it's RIB in the background.



Ideal space for the outboard Very Happy
