No CE approval and I was also told it robs vacuum from the brakes and noticeable a low speeds.

Possibly be told otherwise in a while but this put me off buying for my 300tdi 110

I think that's why it has the big reserve tank, I have done around two thousand miles off road at slow speeds and have never had an issue with brake fade or any brake issues.

It is the next mod I'm considering for my Puma. Would no CE marking affect legality & insurance etc? Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender

I have it as a declared mod on my insurance and there has been no issue, I guess as it's only an an assistance to the clutch and not part of the steering or drive train then it does not cause that much issue a bit like Diff Lockers or overdrives. Clutch fails you either stall or slow to a halt.
