No CE approval and I was also told it robs vacuum from the brakes and noticeable a low speeds.
Possibly be told otherwise in a while but this put me off buying for my 300tdi 110 Simon |

I think that's why it has the big reserve tank, I have done around two thousand miles off road at slow speeds and have never had an issue with brake fade or any brake issues. Jason. |

It is the next mod I'm considering for my Puma. Would no CE marking affect legality & insurance etc? Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender

I have it as a declared mod on my insurance and there has been no issue, I guess as it's only an an assistance to the clutch and not part of the steering or drive train then it does not cause that much issue a bit like Diff Lockers or overdrives. Clutch fails you either stall or slow to a halt. Jason. |
