Nope Big Cry

The best places I can find are air line or hydraulic suppliers but most of the connectors are BSP or NTP to BSP.

2 other shots-

feabay?- you can get ANYTHING there (I can't check it on work computer though Sad )

or

Probably easiest and not very expensive will be to ask a machining shop to make it up on a lathe- once the computer knows what it is doing you will have the product in 5-10 mins.

I was trying to get something vaguely similar but even more specialised not long ago (3/8 NPTF male to 3/8 NPS male, working pressure 700bar) and it proved well-nigh impossible. In the end I made one. It is of course reasonable to expect an NPTF fitting to be even harder to find than an NPT.

Have you tried visiting your local hydraulic/specialist hose dealer ? You may have more success going for a 1/8 NPT to 1/16 NPT male to male nipple with a 1/8 NPT to 1/8 NPT female to female adaptor. Hyphose Ltd in Poole (and I think other south coast locations) might be worth a try, depending on your location, since they had a good range of NPT fittings when I was looking for mine (it was the NPS thread which had them stumped, not the NPTF). It is rare that they let me down.

Try Best Fittings

They are mainly for the air gun market but may well be able to help you out if a local hydraulic supplier can't help as already suggested.

Thanks BW/DJ I will give those a try.

My local hydraulic supplier closed down otherwise I would have gone to them.

Suppose I could nip down to Augusta/Westlands Whistle

This is probably stating the bleeding obvious, but you know that NPT is an American standard, right?

Thus I'd hope AgustaWestlands, being European, would be using proper ISO/BSP hydraulic fittings.

Anyway....

It will be worth a check but im petty sure bsp and npt are near enough the same to be unterchangable below 3/8"

They are not the same as the thead angle is different i think from memory 55bsp or 60npt degrees

What is the intended use if it is a high pressure or critical fitting there is only the right way forward

Larger sizes are deff not compatable
