Nope, nothing to do to with landrovers. More to do with a poor political narrative.

![]() 35mpg....no we're talking ![]() off the back of that small test would I be right in thinking that your perseption as to whether 37mpg (and therefore 600 miles on a tank) is possible is yes? |

![]() does the 2.2 have a smaller tank than the 2.4? if not then I believe its a 75 ltr tank and going by what borderterrier has just posted (which I presume is in his 2.2 110) then I'm thinking 600 miles is indeed possible? ![]() |

From day 1 my 2.2 110 has never got a penny more than 70L . From total empty - total full 70.5 L .
My 06 TD5 was 75L . I can assure you it's 70L for me and I assumed this was new measures to cut down on weight . |

I will never get that sort of mileage from a tank. I do too much in low ratio. I tow a caravan and a trailer too so thus is a rare occurance! My scanguage has be doing 25 mpg normally.

I quite often put 70 in it, so I guess the tank is larger. Otherwise it would mean I have 2 litres as reserve? |

I have put more than 70l in mine on several occasions, and that's without brimming the tank.

Spec sheet suggests 75l Keith. How you tried putting more than 70l in?
