Accuride are good runners but expensive.
Hafele are the UK wholesalers and on their site will show you local retailers.

CVW500010- Genuine rubber seal around £19+vat
LR031224- Genuine glass from £130+vat
Edit- LR031224 now superseded by LR042729 and also note glass does not come with brake light.
