Was glancing back through my photo cache and came across several photos of my Defender as it was shortly after purchase.
This was June 2009 six months after purchase..... Click image to enlarge Roll on 5 years, a wish list that never seems to get any shorter, contentious issues about purchases with SWMBO, and 'clandestine fitments' in the hope SWMBO won't actually notice them.....Defender ownership, ain't it great?..... One of my favorites on here. I am really swaying towards a standard winch bumper and the soft A bar, such a good front end.

Thanks for all your comments! Steve it's a KBX Premium Satin Black. Was hoping for some others to stick up their photos too. I do like before 'n' after shots, Fekete's would look cool as a before 'n' after scenario too I reckon. I may get a few more ideas. Where's Killer? I like that a lot, though I'd put narrower tyres on... I like the black front end, kinda making me want to do mine

Not entirely to my taste, but it's your truck so who am I to stick my oar in!
I do like the black covering on the bulkhead where the vent panels would have been - are those a DIY job? My blog - www.anacreinhampshire.blogspot.co.uk 110 TD5 BuildHERE - sold! 110 Tdci Build HERE - sold! Passat Alltrack - 4x4, auto, 45mpg, gloriously comfortable - but not a Defender! |
