One thing that would worry me, the D300's were pulled due to higher than normal failures, so along side hardware i would be worried the d300 increases the chance of a failure.

You’ll need new bolts for the caliper carriers too, and replacement disc retaining screws are also a wise investment.

considering d300 was pulled for reliability issues (more d300 failing) it would be interesting to see what the remaps do.
