Regen is every 400 miles for me and operates at 890 degrees .

How do you know when it is regenerating?

You checked that the brake lights actually work did you, not just that the fuse and bulbs are OK?

Anti-stall does not raise the engine revs, it resists them dropping and the engine thus stalling. ...
