Is it loose then?
IIRC does it not clamp on the lip on the bottom of the battery and not over the top like the old ones?
BTW I personally gave up using using Smoothrite yonks ago, it's too britt ... |

| Mine does it too - as did the TD5 before it. I'll be mentioning it to the dealer when it goes in for a new pinion seal next week. |
