Out in the uae they often replace tyres aver 2 years from the heat but not mileage. Here mine are replaced after around 4 years, there is a noticeable difference in grip, even in a fiesta.

| Lovely, I had an 883 iron with stage 2 v+h pipes. I liked the 48 with wider rear tyre, the tiny tank was a deciding factor for me though. |

The only restriction I can see would be what it is registered as. I have 1 35 as a vintage tractor and another as an agricultural tractor which is limited to mileage and use on the public road.
