	You don't need a button for an oil slick. They can manage that all by themselves!

	I would definitely change the starter relay as they are not expensive. The relay is in the row under the main fuse box. Ignition switches can also play up so would be worth checking.

	The unit is behind the dash along with a few of the relays on the Td5. If you take the dash off you will see the unit.

	I have a similar set up which is an electrical supply for the valve block on my hydraulic winch. It definitely looks like a secondary electrical supply of some sort.
