I don't think so. I had a feeling that special editions (SVX etc) actually had conventional filament lamp indicators and it was the stop/tail lamps which were LED's.

That 'TEL ON' menu I thought was to set the volume for an incoming call if you had a seperate car kit wired to the 'telephone intercept' line on the back of the radio.
