And my choice would be A/T's. Rolling Eyes
M/T's are very over-rated unless you seriously doing regular muddy stuff. I've never run anything but A/T on all my Landies and never had any issues with Tract ...

A cat served no useful purpose on a diesel system and it isnt a requirement to have one fitted.
Most diesels run better with the cat removed as it free's up the gas flow from engine

Yep ... just got a small hand mirror [approx 5"x3"] and stuck it to the sunvisor with double sided foam tape [the sort they use to 'secure' number plates]
Been on there 4 years, not fallen ...

Yep .. had mine done last Saturday by Ian [IRB] Sent the mapping to Pete for a re-write and loaded it back on ecu.
What a difference!, No more flat spots, takes off even quicker than before ..... and ...
 TD5 went past me at 100mph!

My TD5 has a IRB chip, no egr, no cat,K & N, mid box replaced with a straight through pipe - standard intercooler

Happily sit at 95 Whistle

Probably go faster still if i polish ...
