My idea: The DPF is still in place and sb tricked you very badly Neutral

Now just start the DPF regen anyway. Make the DPF light disappear. And you'll see ..

Dpf was cut open all bottom honeycomb removed, ...

Did u take pics from the honeycombs, man? Cause I cannot believe this.

Hi Heinz, I was having the same issue just a few days before. Mine's a 2.2, too.
Workshop identified loose sensor on bank 1. Sensor appeared in fault codes.

Hi Alan, the exact problem was a sensor getting loose.
Unfortunately I have not been warned by the ECU before limp mode started abruptly.

Luckily "the crap" was under warranty, too. J ...

12 k for a 90 from 2007 Shocked

Take a 110 for 13 k. That leaves enough space to realize almost any wild dream ...

BTW: First two Puma years are the badest Ford years.

Why ? Avoid having my car towed and opt for DIY forced DPF regen instead. Wink

I've seen MY 2007 workhorses from the coal mines - at about 60 000 miles - with too much wear in the drivetrain.
