Switch to LED's
Much more tolerant to changes in voltage and vibrations etc
Just make sure you get the CANBUS compliant bulbs |

As above, all Pumas have anti-stall.
A better test is to put it in 1st low, crawl along with no throttle, and gradually apply the brakes. Then a little harder. And then harder still

| There was only a small batch of the very early ones that were prone to the bolt falling out, though AIUI, the later engines are not immune from the issue... |
