Thanks again, to be clear the puddle lights and the courtesy lights only come one when I open any door.

They stay on and go out at the same time, so when locking the car they all go out on the time ...

Cheers Trev, I’ve wired as per Optimill instructions, I’ll take another look. Funny thing is they are coming on when the doors are opened.

I’m doing the same but I don’t have factory alarm unit.

Can I just tap into the interior light, cable running up the side pillow?

Thanks for the reply, the seats are e more trim but the seatbelts are in the factory location.

I know I will need to fabricate a bracket to get the seat to stick out a bit when folded away as they ...

Check also contacts in starter. They are common fault on TD5.

Yes electrical fault on starting👍

Cheers, what the best switch to get? Would rather not have extra keys!

But if it’s far easier could change the barrel.
