Just took a look at the infodash, looks great, has everything including diagnostics and alarms.
Does it do everything that nanocom does?

I read somewhere that the VDO gauge with its own sensor reads realistic. That the vdo td5 one we have is made to show cold, middle, hot.

Madman is to expensive for me.
I would like to install a VDO sensor and keep the original one for the ecu.
With a t piece maybe. Anyone do that?

I found a pic of a td5
Here on the backside of the engine
The sensor is a washer, it goes on a bolt so it cant be in the coolant
