You could trick the ECU into thinking the central locking actuators are still there by adding a resistor between the two pins in the (now unplugged) connector. Not sure what ohmage it would need to be ...

Be careful with reconditioned. I fitted four reconditioned injectors from an approved DENSO dealer. One lasted weeks, one lasted months.
