Turns put it was an easy fix but not intuitive

Black to black
Green to red
Red to green

Now works as it should. Odd

Thanks both, will give this a try. I also found on another forum that someone had the same issue with a bad connection. Will trouble shoot and post results

Overall not too difficult to do the swap. More time consuming and fiddly. I completely wrenched my back pulling the transfer case off the workbench on Friday but was able to continue

If you can knock up a support bracket (in steel or timber) it's a bonus.
I made one that I then strapped onto the Transfer Box and made the job pretty easy.
