Quick question but probably not a quick answer, if a 2.4 tdci has already been remapped either BAS, Twisted, Alive etc.... but with the standard intercooler does it need to be remapped again?

I am due to take mine off and fit the twisted progressive suspension.

However its a 2008 TDCI, only 35,000 miles though, not sure when though depends on when im allowed time off to play!

yes thats true, i think they use some liquid weld.

I have heard there is a way to split/carefully cut the seal and replace the old one with the cut at the top.

Sometimes it doesn't take that much heat, ive even nicked the wifes "creme Brule"! mini blow torches from the kitchen, she wasnt happy but the nut came off!

A plumbers one would be ideal, ...
