The seat belt warning is a setting that can be adjusted with nanocom, off / timed / switched.

No idea on the second problem - but if you can connect it back up in a D2 for a nanocom just go through ...

And yes there's a built in speaker on the back of the D2 instruments - tho the chimes might be bcu controlled - the D2 wiring system is actually very simple
