I do. Was mapped a couple years ago by Jose. He can be hsrd to get hold of sometimes but if there is an issue he replies sharpish and sorts it pretty quickly.

His maps do tend to be a little smokey but you can ask for them to be clean as you like.

Ive got 3 on Nanocom, Eco/Standard, Daily tune and tune+ i can load as I please.

Bundles of power all across the rev range, pulls like a train. Overall very happy. His turbos are excellent too Instagram @defender_ventures

I do on a puma 2.4.
Have had it for 4 years. No problems and it doesn't smoke either.
He is very good, i wouldn't use anyone else.

Have a Td5 inside remap on my 110 Td5 and on D2 - very happy with them, Jose knows his stuff, couldn't recommend him highly enough. He doesn't like remote remapping, prefers you to test drive and tweaks the map to your requirements

Anyone had any issues with the increase in performance ?

It’s expected to be between 180-190 bhp with the uprated intercooler ?

*as posted on another TD5 inside question earlier - These posts may be related.. but I cant tell switching between all the pages..

He saved me - well my truck big time..
Basically my ECU died, and Jose came and supplied me a new ECU (as I couldn't find one anywhere (at a reasonable price) He worked his magic and then got me to drive the truck while he was plugged into it.

I told him I wanted as much poke with no smoke, explained my uses for my truck etc.. we were done in a jiffy.
Still very happy with map, and driving like I mean it avg 20MPG.

Since I topped up with fuel last, I thought I would try and drive like a little old granny until I fuel up again (to see what mileage I can get), and so far I have done 240+miles and im just under half a tank (with a little bit of a heavy foot the last 2 days only - which has shown a noticeable rise in fuel consumption) But usually as a rule im filling up the tank at 240 miles. So to see I have just under half a tank makes me happy. Regards
Adam

To those who have TD5 inside remaps... Have you upgraded any hardware or just a remap only?

Hey Bankz. Why did you go for a hybrid and not a VVT? Still debating which would be best for my TD5.

Because I didnt really need the VNT plus it was sub £800 for the hybrid and £1300+ for the VNT.

With the things ive done in my 110 im not sure more power would be a good thing Laughing Instagram @defender_ventures

Thanks Bankz appreciate it. Where did you get the uprated MAP sensor from? I have heard they are a much better way to go than the Boost clamp boxes (which I have at the moment).

Came from Jose as well, i requested it in place of the boost box. Beware though they arnt plug and play, the ECU has to be calibrated to accept it Instagram @defender_ventures
