I newly fitted 265/75R16 Toyo Open Country MS tyres and black 16x7" Modular steel rims on my 110.

Ok,
If I manage to get it off, is there something to be done after replaceing. Any adjustments?
Read somewhere that a new EGR needs to be tuned or something...
