Made a last minute switch on tires to Yoko Geolandars in 235/65s. Had them mounted up to our Rovers North Wolfs:

Wolfs on all - the 265’s rubbed badly on the radius arms and reduced the turning circle.

Personally I would go for 255/85R16 if you can get them. A little taller than either of the sizes you have mentioned, but not too wide.
